All ends/tops come included w a barbell or post! This is listed only if you want extras or want to try a different length.

These are used in nostrils, lobes, helixes, forward helix, conches

 GENERAL SIZING:

Lobes/Helix : 16g 5/16th (8mm) flat back post

Tragus/Conch : 16g 5/16th (8mm) flat back post

Nostril/Forward Helix: 18g 5/16th (8mm) flat back post

Lip: 16g 5/16th (8mm) flat back post
